About Shannon Higginbotham
My background is in Accounting and coming from the Corporate world, Real Estate has always intrigued me. I have been a Real Estate Agent for the last 9 years and have recently expanded my business to the Orange Beach, AL area and am part owner of the brokerage at NextHome Sunset Realty as well as have a team of agents in the Lafayette, LA area at NextHome Cutting Edge Realty. Having multiple locations to serve our clients is a key factor in why I have always dreamed of expanding.I believe in leading by example, so a few areas that are important to me or honesty, integrity and customer service. We have a great community and I feel there is always room for everyone to make a difference if we work together.
